You trust us with your family's school records. Here is exactly what happens to them. Last updated October 18, 2026.
What we collect
- Intake information: what you type into the intake form - parent name, email, state and school division, student name, grade level, courses, providers, and any notes you choose to share.
- Order information: what you buy and when, via Payhip. Your payment card details go to Payhip and its payment processors; we never see or store them.
- Site analytics: privacy-first Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts visits without cookies and does not identify you.
What we do with it
- Build your document set from your intake.
- Deliver your documents to your email.
- Track your applicable deadlines and remind you before they hit.
- Answer your questions about your order.
- Keep your records on file so next year's update is an update, not a rebuild.
That is the whole list.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or share your family's information with marketers. Ever.
- Send you marketing email. You hear from us about your order and your deadlines, nothing else.
- Publish or share your student's records. Sample documents on this site use fictional families.
- Claim any official status for your student's information or submit it anywhere. Nothing is filed with anyone unless you file it.
The services that run the business
To operate, your information passes through a small set of providers, only for what they do: Payhip (checkout and payment), FormSubmit (delivering the intake form to us), Google (email delivery), and Cloudflare (site hosting and analytics). Each holds only what its job requires.
Children's privacy
Student information is provided by a parent or guardian and used only to prepare that family's records. We collect nothing from children directly.
Your choices
Email nicolasmatthewk@gmail.com any time to see what we hold for your family, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We delete on request, except the order records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
