Who we are

The Homeschool Records Office is operated by Just Tinkering LLC. You can always reach us at nicolasmatthewk@gmail.com.

What the service does

We prepare homeschool record documents from the information you give us: transcripts, course descriptions, school profiles, state notice-of-intent drafts, progress-pack drafts, and college-bound document sets, depending on what you buy. We also track the deadlines that apply to what you tell us and remind you before they hit. Documents are drafted with software assistance, checked against current public requirements, and delivered to your email for review.

You are the school of record

This is the heart of the deal. We are a paperwork service, not a school. That means:

• Nothing we send is official until you sign it. You review every document, correct anything that is wrong, and sign as the educator of record.
• You are responsible for accuracy. We build from what you tell us. We never invent grades, and you should not either.
• You file. We do not submit notices, evaluations, or any document to your school division, state, or anyone else. Filing is yours.
• Not legal advice. Guides and drafts are orientation, prepared from public requirements that change. Always confirm current rules with your division or state before you rely on them.

What we are not

We are not a school, accreditor, evaluator, or umbrella program. Our documents carry no accreditation or official status on their own, and we do not guarantee any college, division, or official will accept any particular document. What we do promise is careful, honest work built from the information you provide and the current published requirements we can verify.

Orders, billing, and renewal

• Purchases are processed by Payhip. Your payment details go to them, not to us.
• Yearly plans renew automatically once a year until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your Payhip account or by emailing us; cancelling stops future renewals and your current year stays active through its end.
• One intake form covers one student. Families with more than one student submit one form per student; the sibling discount code applies at checkout.
• If anything is wrong with your order or your documents, email nicolasmatthewk@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Your content and ours

The documents we build for your family are yours to keep and use forever. The site, guides, samples, and templates are ours; sample documents on the site use fictional families. You may not resell our templates or guides.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
